2jbt Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Obligations

01. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

• "Platform" means the 2jbt website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services operated by 2jbt.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the 2jbt Platform.
• "Player Funds" means any monetary balance held in a Player's 2jbt wallet, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 2jbt that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to and use of the 2jbt Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by 2jbt's licensing authority prior to the processing of withdrawals.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the account features provided by 2jbt that allow Players to set deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

02. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a 2jbt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the 2jbt Platform.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold a 2jbt player account.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current employee, agent, consultant, affiliate, or close family member of a 2jbt employee or affiliate partner.
5. You must not be located in or accessing 2jbt from a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account registration or any subsequent session.
6. You must not already hold an existing active 2jbt account. 2jbt permits one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds forfeited.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information to circumvent age verification or eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of all funds, including real-money deposits.

03. Account Verification (KYC)

2jbt is required by its international gaming licence to conduct identity and age verification on all player accounts before processing the first withdrawal. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process may include, but is not limited to, requesting the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence showing date of birth)
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, bank statement header, or similar)
• Additional identity documentation if requested by 2jbt's compliance team in relation to specific transactions or account activity

2jbt reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of a player account, not only at withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 14 calendar days — may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functions or account suspension. Player funds held in suspended accounts pending KYC completion remain safe and segregated from 2jbt operational funds.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 2jbt accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Visa/Debit cards, and USDT cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits are credited to the player's 2jbt wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 2jbt does not charge deposit fees, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to the availability of that payment method for outgoing transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for verified accounts. 2jbt targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 2jbt is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, public holidays, or system maintenance windows.

Currency: All transactions on the 2jbt platform are conducted in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit confirmation and are not subject to rate adjustment after conversion is completed.

Anti-Money Laundering: 2jbt operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding money laundering and terrorist financing. All accounts and transactions are subject to ongoing monitoring. 2jbt reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notice to the player concerned, in compliance with its licensing obligations.

05. Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional offers made available through the 2jbt platform are subject to the following general terms, unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players only and may be restricted by account tier, game category, or promotional period as specified in the individual offer terms.
• A wagering requirement will apply to all bonus funds before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each specific promotion's terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may each carry different contribution percentages toward the wagering requirement. Specific contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.
• 2jbt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses that have not been claimed or activated prior to a promotion's expiry date will be forfeited.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to minimise house edge, or providing false information to qualify for offers — will have all bonuses forfeited and may be subject to account closure.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in the 2jbt wallet. Real-money funds may generally be withdrawn at any time; bonus funds are subject to wagering completion requirements.

06. Casino & Sports Betting Rules

Casino Games: All casino games offered on 2jbt — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, slot titles, Money Wheel, and Lucky Bingo — are subject to their own individual game rules, which are made available within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing bets. In the event of technical failure during a game round, 2jbt will endeavour to reconstruct and honour bets based on server records; in cases where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be refunded to the player's wallet.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, international ODI and Test matches) and other sports — are offered subject to individual market rules. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. 2jbt reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunction, or event cancellation. In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket or goal) may be voided at 2jbt's discretion if acceptance was the result of a system latency issue.

Maximum Winnings: 2jbt applies maximum single-transaction payout limits which are published in individual game terms. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum payout caps will be adjusted to the stated maximum and the excess forfeited, regardless of the mathematical outcome of the wager.

07. Responsible Gaming

2jbt is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a minority of players may experience difficulties related to gambling behaviour and we provide the following tools to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of 2jbt.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap the amount they are able to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 1 and 42 days during which no gambling activity is possible on 2jbt.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from 2jbt by contacting our 24/7 support team. Self-exclusion periods of a minimum of 6 months are available and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.

08. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2jbt platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities to circumvent responsible gaming tools, bonus restrictions, or account closures
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets on 2jbt
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the 2jbt platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior agreement from 2jbt; such actions will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities in 2jbt's platform for personal financial gain
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing other persons to use your 2jbt account

09. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbt platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 2jbt or its licensed content providers. No part of the 2jbt platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written authorisation from 2jbt. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 2jbt platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 2jbt platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 2jbt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 2jbt's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

2jbt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements outside 2jbt's reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

2jbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms
• A player is identified as being under the age of 21
• A player is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• A player's account activity raises concerns related to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal conduct
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion or account closure
• 2jbt is directed to close the account by a relevant regulatory authority

Where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms, 2jbt reserves the right to withhold the balance of any funds held in that account, including real-money deposits, where those funds are directly associated with the prohibited conduct. Where closure is voluntary or for administrative reasons unrelated to player breach, outstanding real-money balances will be returned to the player via the deposit payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

2jbt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via email to the registered address or via prominent notice on the 2jbt platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of 2jbt following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should close their 2jbt account prior to the effective date; outstanding real-money balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 4.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbt holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through 2jbt's internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
